So Aviston resident and web designer, Michell Stockmann, is hosting a photo contest for photographers of all ages to capture the Spirit of Aviston.  Winning entries will be published on the town's website www.AvistonIL.org

Residents can submit photos that reflect the Spirit of Aviston!  We would really like to show the world what Aviston has to offer and our town's website is just the place. 

If there are alot of photo entries, we will create a special photo gallery page to display all of the submitted items.

All winning images submitted become the property of the Village of Aviston and may be used on and/or removed from the town website at any time, as the town sees fit. 

Winners of the photography contest will have their photos prominently displayed in the website banner of one of the website's pages.  There will be at least 18 winners. 

Contest Rules

1) Open to all who live or work in Aviston.

2) Photographers may submit as many photos as they wish.  Full color photos are preferred.

3) All "Spirit of Aviston" images must be of a scene or an event within the Village of Aviston. Images must be digital and submitted electronically to web designer, Michell Stockmann at admin@TechKnowSolutions.com

5) All entries must include a photo, location where the photo was taken, name of photographer, e-mail address and parent or guardian name (if photographer is under 18). If there are people in the photo and you would like to include their names - you may do so.
NOTE:  Entries without all the necessary details will not be considered for publication on www.AvistonIL.org

6) The webmasters of the Village of Aviston reserve the right to resize and/or crop the image for optimal viewing on the Aviston website.

7) Images published to www.AvistonIL.org website will be accompanied by a photo credit, which includes the title of the photo and the photographer’s full name. In submitting an entry, photographers agree to their names appearing on the Village of Aviston's website.

8) All entries must be received by August 1st
